Linamar Corporation, known as LNR on the TSX, acquired Skyjack in August 2002. Linamar is best recognized for its production of modules, assemblies and precision-machined parts. Linamar's solid balance sheet offers Skyjack with long-term stability and increased strength in general. Skyjack presently has production facilities within Los Angeles, Hungary and the United States with support offices within Europe and Asia.
